DRIED AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES 4 OUNCE, HARVESTED, DRIED AND PACKAGED BY HAND IN RESEALABLE AIR TIGHT BAGS (EACH BAG IS INDIVIDUALLY LABELED).  Our red pepper flakes are made from a combination of cayenne, thai, serrano and red bell peppers. Our peppers are grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides and nothing is added before or after drying. This spice is grown, dried and packaged and from the current growing season.  I also have whole cayenne peppers dried available which is great for dishes that you want great spicy flavor with obvious presence of large bits.
