Radish is well known all around the world. In ancient Greece, people believed that radish lowered the impact of alcohol. This has not been proven recently. The radish microgreens are very nutritious and popular. Many variety of radish are available with different color from ranges of red-pink-purple to yellow and green. The radish microgreen is crispy and its taste is sweet and pleasantly peppery also. Rambo Radish Microgreens have rosy white stems, wonderful dark purple and green cotyledons leaves. The bold peppery bright floral flavor adds both a tasty flair, crunchy texture and a great look to raw foods. A tasty and nutritional powerhouse. 

How To Jar Sprout

Radish sprouts are extremely nutritious. And, fortunately, they’re incredibly easy to grow at home. You don’t even need sun or soil. On the first day, add 2 to 3 TBSP of radish seeds to a clean mason jar. Fill the jar halfway with filtered water and then screw on the lid. On the second day, drain the water out of the jar. Fill the jar with fresh water and then drain it out immediately again. This is how you rinse your seeds. Repeat this rinsing process again. By the fifth day, your jar should be filled with sprouts that are ready to eat! Simply give your sprouts a final rinse and then place them in a bowl.

How To Serve

Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add additional olive oil achieve a thick sauce consistency. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Ingredients:   4 cups radish microgreens or radish tops, washed and dried 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 lemon of juice 1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds, coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or pistachios 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil plus more as needed salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
